About
I am a Clinical Psychologist (professional certificate nº 24755), with a Master's degree in Community Psychology and postgraduate training in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Family Mediation and Forensic Psychology. I work with adults and young adults facing challenges related to anxiety, burnout, stress, self-esteem, relational difficulties, emotional management and life transitions. In my practice, I aim to offer a safe space of genuine, non-judgmental listening, where each person can better understand their own story, regulate their emotions and find more effective ways to handle everyday challenges. I believe in an integrative, person-centred approach, but also one that is practical and change-oriented, where reflection is as important as action. I have a particular interest in anxiety, burnout, relationships and emotional regulation, and I value therapeutic work that respects each person's pace, promoting greater clarity, autonomy and well-being.
