Anxiety, depression, burnout and more

It is often hard to put into words what you have been feeling. These are the same questionnaires used in consultation, and that is what they are for: giving a name and a measure to what is going on. They take two minutes and the result appears here, on screen.

This is not a diagnosis

These questionnaires are for screening, not for diagnosis. A high score does not mean you have an illness, and a low score does not rule out needing help. Diagnosis is made by a professional, in a consultation.
