About
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist in training with experience in psychological intervention, assessment, emotional support, and the development of personal, social and emotional competencies. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, young people and adults in contexts of inclusion, rehabilitation, victim support and mental health, developing a human, practical and person-centred approach. My work covers areas such as anxiety, stress, burnout, depression and trauma, with a focus on promoting well-being, emotional regulation, strengthening self-esteem and building adaptive strategies in the face of life's challenges. With experience in clinical, community and organisational settings, I integrate a sensitive, ethical and personalised perspective, always seeking to tailor my support to each person's needs. I combine technical knowledge with empathic listening and careful attention to the emotional, relational and functional impact of lived experiences.
