I am a full member of the Portuguese Psychologists' Association (licence number 23449), with a degree in Psychology and a Master's in Psychology of Justice and Deviant Behaviour. I hold advanced specialisation in addiction and addictive behaviours, and postgraduate training in Third-Generation Therapies. My experience includes victim support techniques, crisis intervention, and the delivery of workshops and training programmes in Psychological First Aid, stress, anxiety, burnout and related conditions.
